Careers

The team is small and roles open rarely. When one does, it is listed on this page. If nothing here fits, we still read what you send.

Honestly

What you would be joining

The Everest Pride LLC is a small company with one product. There is no floor of desks and no department to disappear into. Most weeks the same handful of people answer the inbox, check a batch, fix something on the site and move cartons.

That is good if you like owning a whole job and watching it land inside a week. It is a bad fit if you want a narrow role with clean edges, or a large team to learn from — we do not have one to offer yet.

Roles open occasionally, usually when something breaks that a part-time fix can no longer hold. When that happens we hire slowly, we say what the pay is in the first conversation, and we tell you no quickly when it is a no.

What we hire for

These are the roles that come up, listed whether or not one is open today. If a card does not say Open now, treat it as the kind of person we would like to hear from before we need them.

Fulfilment and packing

Picking, packing and getting cartons to the carrier — plus a real say in how the packing bench is laid out, because you will be the one standing at it. Part-time, in person, hourly. Warehouse experience is useful and not required.

Customer email

Answering the inbox in the brand's voice. Shipping questions, subscription changes, and the occasional complaint that deserves a real answer instead of a template. Part-time, remote, US hours. Read the shipping page and the returns page — most of the job is there.

Wholesale and accounts

Talking to shops, gyms and offices that want the kit by the case. Commission-led. Read the wholesale page first — if you would sell it the way that page describes it, write to us.

Nothing that fits?

Write anyway. Tell us what you would take off our hands and what you have done that proves you can. One short email beats a formatted CV. We keep the good ones and come back to them when a role opens.

How to apply

There is no portal and no form with fourteen fields. Send one email through the contact page with the role you want, what you have done, and when you could start. We reply to everyone, usually inside a week.
